OATS LADOO
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1/2 cup jaggery
1 teaspoon tragacanth gum (goond)
Dry fruits as per your liking
3 teaspoons of ghee
Method:
Dry roast oats in a thick pan n don't let them burn...
remove from the
flame keep it aside n in the same pan
fry goond and fry fruits in ghee n keep this too aside.....
make the powder the goond and dry
fruits...in the same jar
Add the roasted oats, jaggery, and whizz it
for a while in the grinder...
remove the mixture from the jar n transfer it to a plate
add ghee and mix well till
all the ingredients come together...
and make laddoos.
