How to make 10 min Mushroom Recipe

      MUSHROOMS BEZULE







Ingredients:                                          

100 grams mushrooms ( button)

2 tablespoon cornflour

2 tablespoon rice flour

1 green chilli finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

Salt as per taste

2 cups of oil

1 teaspoon red Kashmiri Chilli powder


Method:


Firstly clean the mushrooms and cut them in half and keep it aside.

Then in a mixing bowl add the cornflour, rice flour, green chilli,ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder,garam masala, black pepper powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garlic and salt and mix it well.


Then add some water and make it a thick paste.

The paste should not be runny.


Then take the half-cut mushrooms and coat them nicely in the prepared batter and deep fry them in hot oil for a good 2-3 minutes. Once they are fried, completely take them out.


Serve them hot with some schezwan chutney.
