CHICKEN TIKKA WRAP
For Tikka Marination:
Boneless chicken - 100 grams
Yogurt - 50 grams
Chilli powder - 2 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - as per requirement
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Chicken masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
For Roti:
Maida - 2 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Luke warm water- 1 and 1/2 cup
For Filling in The Wrap:
Red bell pepper-1
Yellow bell pepper - 1
Onion - 1
Coriander - a handful
Lemon-1
Mint leaves - a handful
Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon for one wrap
Method Of Preparation:
Firstly take boneless chicken add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric,
chili powder, coriander powder,garam masala, chicken masala, yogurt and mix all the ingredients well and let it marinate for
45-60 minutes.
Then take a bowl add all-purpose flour, add salt, baking powder, and lukewarm water and mix it, once the dough is made add
some oil and mix it again n cover it up with a muslin cloth
for 20 minutes...
After 20 minutes start making small balls of the
dough and make roti using your hands and fry them on apan for 2 minutes on each side, make sure that they are not
totally cooked. Cook the bread and keep them aside.
After 1 hour takes a skewer and puts chicken pieces on them
and grill them on coal or fire until u see the charred marks on them, or until they are cooked.
Now take the half-cooked roti, place the chicken pieces
spread some mayo, add the bell peppers, coriander, and mint
leaves.
Roll them nicely and place a toothpick so that they don't
come off. And fry them again on the pan for 2-3
minutes until both get cooked nicely.
You can plate with some mayonnaise, lemon-slice some onions. And you are ready to go..........
