Motichoor Recipe - How To Make Motichoor Desert

 MOTICHUR PARFAIT



Ingredients

Readymade Motichur laddoo 5-6 

Biscuits 5-6 

Milk-300ml 

Granulated sugar - 8 tablespoon 

Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon 

Pista- 15 Kaju- 15 Badam - 15 


Method For Preparing  

Take a nonstick pan and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, once it melts and becomes brown (caramel) add 5 Kaju, 5 badam, 5 pista chopped, and mix them well. Place the caramel praline on a plate and let it cool down 

In another nonstick pan add milk,6tablespoonsugar, Cardamom powder and reduce it to half if u take 300ml it shoulder reduce to 150 ml. Make a thick rabdi and remove it in a different bowl. 

Then take the biscuits and grind them into fine powder. 
Now take a glass, add motichur laddoos, then biscuit powder, rabdi, add some chopped nuts, repeat the process till the glass fills, then on the top take the mixed nuts praline, cut into any random shape 

& Put it on top for Garnish.
