How to make Chicken Kalimiri Fry - Full Recipe

 


Ingredients:


Chicken Breast cut into small pieces (boneless) - 200gm

Cornflour - 3 tablespoons

Black pepper powder - 2 teaspoons

Salt as required

Onion chopped - 1 medium-sized

Garlic chopped - 10/15 Cloves

Spring Onion optional

Coriander - handful

Butter - 3 tablespoons


Method:


Firstly clean the chicken with salt & lemon. Then in a bowl add the Chicken, cornflour, black pepper powder & salt. Mix all the ingredients well and let it marinate for 30-45 minutes.


Next, take a non - stick pan & add some butter. Once the pan gets heated add the marinated chicken pieces and let each side cook for 3 min.

Once you see turning golden brown remove the pieces on the plate. Now, in the same pan add more butter & chopped garlic, onions, coriander. Let it fry until they look translucent.


Once it’s done add the fried Chicken & then some vinegar, give a good mix & then remove them from the pan.

You can simply garnish it with some freshly chopped coriander leaves.


This can go well with Green Chutney!!!
